Our beginnings date back to the early '90s when we assisted various companies from different sectors, among which Carlos Casado S.A. stood out. Its listing on the National Stock Exchange of Buenos Aires, combined with the scope of the total conversion project entrusted to us, presented a significant challenge. Our management was approved, monitored, and audited throughout its evolution by the international consultancy Ernst & Young & Co.. The successful completion of the project, which lasted 24 months, included the computerization of all geographical areas where the company's activity extended, namely Buenos Aires, Asunción del Paraguay, the town of Puerto Casado, and the logging areas of the company in the heart of the Paraguayan Chaco, all linked through data migration for final consolidation in the balance sheet presented to the stock exchange authority.

Simultaneously with this project, several others followed, among which the one carried out at Diesel San Miguel S.A., an official Mercedes Benz Argentina dealership in the town of the same name in Buenos Aires province, stands out for its future significance. This marked the beginning of our connection with the automotive dealership sector. From 1992 to 1994, we undertook the challenging process of adapting our management software package to a dealership model. This was essentially a total conversion process of the package, a circumstance that was genuinely arduous for Diesel San Miguel S.A. However, after numerous setbacks, we eventually managed to begin finalizing a product adapted to the sector. By the end of 1994, the engagement of our services by Cigliutti Guerini S.A., then a budding yet ambitious Mercedes Benz Argentina dealership, allowed us to gain valuable experience and deepen our knowledge of the unique automotive dealership business.

Gradually, and almost without realizing it, new clients within the same brand and sector began to appear: Armando J. Rios S.A., Automotores Haedo S.A., Antonio Rómbola e Hijos S.A.. This process continued, and we now proudly have a presence in over 80% of the official Mercedes Benz dealerships across the country.

Our internal growth and the demanding competitive conditions in the market led us to penetrate dealerships of other brands, making adaptations for Fiat Iveco, Scania, Volkswagen, Volvo, Renault V.I., Chevrolet, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, and Peugeot, among others.

Simultaneously, our OCTOSIS Integrated System has ventured into companies in other sectors such as construction machinery, agriculture, logistics, factories, motorcycles, independent workshops, and spare parts stores.

Our expansion and technological evolution have been "crowned" with the successful development of software not only for dealerships but also for automotive manufacturers Mercedes Benz, Iveco, and Volvo. We actively interact with officials from foreign countries such as Brazil, Germany, and England, including certification processes, which we consider a testament to our work given the importance of these companies worldwide.
